I am very happy to be getting back to normal!

i'm excited. can't wait to dance again.

a checklist of things to bring tom for the practice.

• a bottle of water (to rehydrate. haha nagexplain pa talaga)
• towel
• 2 extra shirts
• jogging pants or shorts
• dance bag
• dance shoes. (slippers na lng. hehe.)

Dancing releases endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin and dopamine. All of these chemicals work in combination to make you feel good. In fact, 30 minutes of dancing is often as effective at improving mood as medication. After dancing you will feel elated, a sense of accomplishment and whatever tension you have been carrying around will not seem as bad.
